Sunday Worship:

Our Sunday Morning Service commences from 9.30 AM to 11 AM.

A Bible based message presenting God in His fullness, with the saving work of Christ and the regenerating work of the Holy Spirit.

Contemporary style of praise and worship time making use of both older and modern music, as well as mixing in items and sharing times where possible.

Please stay for a tea/coffee and a chat afterwards.

12 PM Sunday African Service

2.00 PM Sunday Afternoon Karen Service

Our Sunday Evening Service commences @ 6:30 PM

This night service is a little less formal. Join us to hear other Christians testimonies or bring your questions and objections and we will attempt to answer them and stay for a tea/coffee and a chat afterwards.

Youth Group Ministries:

Logan City Baptist Church youth meet once a month on the 3rd Saturday night from 6pm until 8pm.

Each time we share in fun and games, worship and devotions to learn more about living in Christ. Our youth enjoy fellowshipping together by going on outings to parks, bowling, skating and other activities. Worship is also a focus for our youth group and together we lead various worship services.

Our youth leaders are exited and passionate about their faith in God.

Young Peoples Life Group:

We have a Young People's Life Group (from 13-17years) meeting from 10am - 11am every Sunday Morning.

Kidz Church:

10 AM to 11 AM Sunday Mornings

Children enjoy a wide range of interesting Bible Stories, fun singing times and many different activities.

They learn practical lessons drawn from the Bible, which are both helpful as they make decisions in their life as they grow, and are also very important so they can make informed decisions regarding their faith and choosing the right directions for their ongoing life.

Men's Ministry:

The Men's Ministry started in 2011 with a men's breakfast.

We meet once a month (generally on a Saturday) to encourage each other, share our experiences, keep each other accountable, and learn more about Gods purpose for us in our role in the church, our families and the community.

Activities this year have included camps, BBQs, ten pin bowling, visiting and singing at a nursing home, games in the park and a men's convention. The camps were great to get to know each other more closely and to form better friendships.

The spiritual content through the year has been chosen to be of specific interest and practical for men. If you are a man and which to experience a greater bond with God and other Christian men then please join with us.

Martha's Ministry:

"Martha's Ministry" is a new and exiting ministry of "helps".

Through 'Martha's Ministry' a helping hand is given to those in need. This may take the form of washing, ironing, cooking, cleaning, gardening, mowing, general house or yard maintenance or just someone to go for a walk with or have a cuppa and a chat.

Whatever your needs are, we are but a phone call away and we will do whatever we can to keep you smiling.

Multicultural Ministries:

At Logan City Baptist Church we truly believe that God is the God of All Nations upon the earth and we welcome visitors and worshipers of all nations and backgrounds.

ESL (English as a Second Language) Ministry:

Saturday afternoons from 4PM to 6:00PM in the "Kidz Church" building at Church.

At Logan City Baptist Church we offer ESL and Computer Courses for members of our African and Karen congregations as well as an outreach to the local migrant communities.

We recognise that without a thorough understanding of the English language and being able to read, write, and understand English as well as being able to communicate clearly in English that employment opportunities are very limited for migrants.

We also recognise that most decent paying jobs require some understanding of, and ability to use, computers.

Therefore we believe in helping to provide these necessary and valuable skills to all people.

Our ESL and Computer Courses Coordinator is a trained and qualified ESL tutor who also has many formal computer and Information Technology qualifications.

One of the focuses of our teaching is the ability to read and successfully fill out forms as well as understanding the expectations of Australian employers eg the importance of being "on time", good manners, as well as learning about Australia, etc.

As a Christian ministry of our Church we also use an easy to read version of the Bible as well as computer Bible software as teaching resources along with other Christian aids.
